Traffic to the south of Loughrea will be affected by three days of roadworks getting under way next week.
Galway County Council is carry out resurfacing overlay roadworks on the R351 at Kylebrack, Loughrea.
Work will get underway on 7am on Monday and is expected to take three days to complete.
“In order to facilitate these works a Stop/Go temporary traffic management system will be in operation on the section of the R351 in question between the hours of 7.00 a.m. & 7.00 p.m,” the county council said.
“As a consequence users of this road are requested to expect delays and as such should allow additional time for their journeys.”
The contract for these works has been awarded to Lagan Asphalt Ltd.
