The weather in Galway is forecast to take a turn for the worse on St Stephen’s Day night, with a weather warning issued by Met Eireann.
Met Eireann has issued a Status Yellow rainfall warning for Clare, Cork, Kerry, Waterford, Galway, and Wexford.
Thundery and blustery rain is expected to hit the west and south coasts on Tuesday night, with the possibility of localised flooding.
The weather warning will be in place from 8pm on Tuesday until 6am the following morning.
