The public tennis and basketball courts in Roscam will be closed for the next five weeks while work is being carried out.
Galway City Council has said that upgrade works at the tennis and basketball courts are due to get underway today.
The sports facilities will not be available during this time, with the works expected to take approximately five weeks.
Pedestrian traffic management measures will be in place for the duration of the works.
