Galway’s under 16 camogie team created history on Sunday, 26th August in McDonagh Park, Nenagh when they were crowned All-Ireland champions for the fourth consecutive year.
Two Niamh McPeake goals and an Aine Keane major helped Gerry Dolan’s charges to a 3-14 to 1-7 victory over Cork.
Afterwards Camogie Association President Kathleen Woods presented the trophy to Keane, who captained the side and was also player of the match.
