Galway under 16 camogie manager Gerry Dolan was delighted to oversee another All-Ireland triumph for the county after the county secured a fourth consecutive title on Sunday (26th August).
Two Niamh McPeake goals and a major for captain and player of the match Aine Keane gave the Tribesgirls a 3-14 to 1-7 victory in McDonagh Park, Nenagh.
Dolan, who was a selector on previous under 16 teams, has overseen the under 14 set-up for the last number of years alongside many others and was delighted to see Galway retain the title.
He described the ‘Class of 2018’ as a “super bunch of girls” and he chatted to Galway Daily afterwards.
