The Connacht Rugby side have been hard at work at the Sportground this week training for the opening match of the Guinness PRO14.
Connacht’s first match in the 2019/20 Guinness PRO14 season will be an away game against the Scarlets this Saturday with kick off at 5:15pm.
The team are on the back of three straight pre-season wins, culminating in a 40-31 victory over Munster last weekend.
Connacht switched conferences for the upcoming season after a reshuffle based on last year’s rankings, though they remained paired with Munster.
Also in Conference B along with Connacht and Munster are Edinburgh, Cardiff, Benetton (Italy), the Scarlets, and the Isuzu Southern Kings (South Africa).
