A street in Galway’s westend will be closing for four days roadworks next week
Galway city council has made an order closing Raleigh Row for roadworks between its junction with St. John’s Place and the junction with Palmyra Avenue/Palmyra Park.
The road closure is to allow the installation of boundary boxes by Irish Water.
The closure will last from 8am on Thursday, February 20 through to 6pm on Sunday, February 23.
Local access will be maintained at all times, and alternative routes will be signposted ahead of the closure.
The council notice and map with the affected area can be downloaded from the council’s website here.
