Intermittent water outages are expected to continue in Clonbur and Oughterard until later this week as maintenance works take place on their water networks.
Irish Water and the county council are carrying out mains flushing works in the two towns this week, which may cause water outages during the day.
The works, which began last week, will take place from 9am to 5pm each day up to an including Friday, March 26.
People affected by these are advised that it may take 2 – 3 hours after works have been completed before their full water supply returns.
