Roadworks taking in Tuam Town place will continue disrupt traffic for the bulk of this week.
Galway County Council are carrying out resurfacing overlay roadworks on the R332 Dublin Road, Tuam.
The works are taking place between the Athenry Road junction and the Tuam Stars.
The work began on Thursday, October 15, with an estimated duration of one week.
In order to enable these works, a Stop & Go system will be in place to manage traffic on the section of road in question from 8am to 6pm each day.
As a consequence of this, motorists in Tuam are advised to give themselves additional time to make journeys.
