Some disruptions is expected to rail travel between Galway and Dublin this Sunday due to engineering works taking place on the line.
Irish Rail is carrying out engineering works between Hazelhatch and Portarlington which will result in disruptions to Galway to Dublin trains on Sunday.
- 08:00 Dublin Heuston to Galway will operate as a bus transfer from Dublin to Kildare and Portarlington, with a train the rest of the way.
- 11:40 Dublin Heuston to Galway train will not stop at Clara.
- 11:00 Galway to Dublin Heuston will be deferred to 11:35
More significant travel disruptions for Galway rail travel are expected on Saturday and Sunday the following week due to engineering works between Hazelhatch and Sallins.
