A section of the Headford Road at the Kirwan roundabout junction will be closed overnight due to the ongoing works taking place.
Galway City Council is in the midst of replacing the roundabout with a signalised junction, necessitating traffic management measures throughout July.
A section of the N84 Headford Road will be closed from 7pm on Tuesday evening until 7am tomorrow morning to enable these works.
A traffic management plan will be in operation and signed diversion routes will be in place prior to the works commencing.
Motorists travelling on the Headford Road are advised to expect delays this evening and overnight.
