Traffic in Loughrea will be disrupted by roadworks taking place for one day next week.
Galway County Council is carrying out road repair works on the R351 Barrack Street next Monday.
The roadworks are scheduled to take place from 8am to 5pm on Monday.
“The works are predominantly being completed off the existing carriageway but due to the nature of the works involved, motorists are advised that delays may be expected.”
“Additional journey times should be allowed for during this period,” the county council’s notice states.
“Galway County Council apologises for any inconvenience that this may cause and your cooperation in this regard is very much appreciated.”
