Dublin Gardaí have issued advice for people travelling to see the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship Semi-Final in Croke Park today.
Galway v Derry will take place at Croke Park at 17:30 this afternoon, one of several big matches in Dublin this weekend.
Gardaí are urging people travelling to Dublin to make use of public transport as much as possible, and to make use of the Park & Ride Facilities.
They have also advised that Cloonliffe College is no longer available for parking, but other parking options are available at O’Connell Schools’ Supervised Car Park on the North Circular Road, and at Q-Park.
More details about the parking options for people attending Croke park are available online here: https://crokepark.ie/getting-here/match-concert-parking.
Gardaí warned that parking enforcement will be running at full steam today, and asked people to be mindful of local residents.
“DCC Parking Enforcement will be in operation for all match days until the end of the season overseeing clamping, towing and the issuing of fixed charged penalty notices where required.”
“Please be mindful of local residents and avoid parking in residential areas – illegal parking will not be tolerated.”
