Galway City Council has announced a new traffic management plan for this week at Martin Roundabout which has been undergoing works to turn it into a signalised junction.
Access around the roundabout will be reduced at night until Friday this week to facilitate the works, with temporary lane closures and traffic diversions in place.
Signed diversions will be in place for road users and the roundabout will reopen during daytime hours.
The city council says that for access to Galway Clinic, road users should follow diversion signage. The clinic’s opening hours will remain as normal.
