Roadworks lasting three days will disrupt traffic in Loughrea town next week from Monday through to Wednesday.
Galway County Council is carrying out resurfacing inlay roadworks on the R446 Bride Street in Loughrea.
Work will get underway on Monday morning at 8am, and is expected to take three days to complete.
Motorists are advised that in order to facilitate these works a Stop & Go system will be in place to manage traffic between 8am and 7pm each day.
As a consequence users of this road are requested to expect delays and as such should allow additional time for their journeys.
The contract for these works was awarded to Lagan Asphalt Ltd by the county council.
