They must be the luckiest store in Galway City, as the Spar in Ballybrit celebrates selling a €1 million Euromillions ticket for the second time.

One of the three €1 million Euromillions raffle tickets from last Friday’s draw was sold at the Spar store in Parkmore, Ballybrit.

The lucky Galway player purchased their normal play ticket last Thursday, January 20.

The store, which is owned by Gerard Geraghty and managed by his brother John, is no stranger to big lottery wins, having sold a similar EuroMillions Raffle prize of €1 million in July 2018.

The three winning EuroMillions Raffle Draw codes which are worth €1 million each are: IMDZ91577, IMFC21006 and IMFF48547.
