A public workshop will take place on Tuesday for people to have their say on the Tuam Regeneration Strategy which is in development.
Galway East TD Seán Canney is encouraging people in Tuam to come along, saying it will be a great opportunity to meet the design team and share their thoughts.
The Department for Rural and Community Development has allocated €175,000 from the Rural Regeneration Development Fund to complete the strategy.
The workshop will take place from 4pm to 8pm tomorrow, March 10, at Tuam Library on High Street.
“You can call into the event at any time and everyone’s input would be welcome,” Seán Canney said.
