Homes and businesses in Moycullen may experience water outages until late on Thursday evening.
Irish Water has reported that a power outage is disrupting the water supply to the Spiddal Road and surrounding areas in the village.
The issue, which is affecting the pumping station, was first reported by Irish Water shortly before midday today.
Repair works are underway, and are currently expected to continue until 5pm this evening.
It can take up to 2 – 3 hours after repairs are completed before people see their full water supply restored.
