A fresh residential development in Headford village in the works with plans submitted to the county council for 21 houses.
Callanan Walsh Construction Ltd are seeking planning permission to build 16 three-bedroom semi-detached houses, 4 four-bedroom semi-detached dwellings and 1 four-bedroom detached house.
The new residential estate would be connected to the existing water supply, public sewers, and storm drain services already in the area.
During construction the project would also include the provision of a temporary site access route and compound.
Submissions about this project can be made to the county council until August 1, and a final decision is due on whether to grant planning permission by August 22.
