Galway Daily news Plans approved for Clifden remote working hub

Planning permission has been granted by the county council to open a new remote working hub in Clifden.

Clifden Chamber of Commerce has been given the green light for the conversion of part of building from commercial use to work hub/offices/meeting rooms.

The new co-working hub will have a total of 69 desks for remote working located on the first floor of the Main Street building.

The majority of parking for the hub will be via public parking on Main Street and and Bridge Street.

There is also a large parking lot located off Galway Road, and more to the rear of the building that will house the remote working hub.

Correspondence with the county council also states that 16 bicycle parking spaces will be provided.

Planning permission for the project was granted by the county council with ten standard conditions attached.
