The Boat Inn, Oughterard is getting ready for its Ladies Day event as part of its Galway Races celebrations.
The event will take place on Thursday, 1 August in support of the National Breast Cancer Research Institute and Oughterard AFC.
Starting at 1pm at the popular venue, guests will be greeted on arrival with a Canapes and Prosecco reception followed by a three-course lunch. Attendees will receive a goodie bag and a racecard.
This fun-filled day will include a competition for Best Dressed Lady and Best Hat Competition, as well as the most Glamorous Granny with prizes collectively valued at more than €1,000.
Judges for the event include Shona Lenehan of Shostyle blog, blogger Ciara Walsh and makeup artist, Laurisa Kennedy MUA.
With live music til late, this is a day not to be missed in support of two great cause, as the monies raised will help support the breast cancer research team at the Lambe Institute, University Hospital, Galway and Oughterard AFC.
