A Cork man missing for more than 10 days is believed to have travelled to Galway gardaí have said in a fresh appeal for information.

Christophe Goutte (53), has been missing from his home in Middleton, Co. Cork since Wednesday, January 15.

He was last seen at around 11am that day when he was leaving work at Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork.

Investigators believe that Christophe got a bus from Cork Bus Station to Galway City which arrived here at 5:35pm that same day.

 

He is described as being 5ft 8in in height, with a stocky build, short brown hair, white skin and a sallow complexion.

Christophe was last seen wearing a black coat, black pants, a black woollen hat and a brown pair of boots, and carrying a dark coloured overall bag.

Gardaí are particularly appealing to those in the Galway city or surrounding areas to report any recent sightings of Christophe.
