A local road in the vicinity of Turloughmore has been made impassable by flooding today.
Galway County Council has advised that the L3105 between Coolarne and Cartymore has been closed due to flooding.
The problem has been caused by accumulations of heavy rainfall recently.
Diversion routes are in place the county council has said.
