There is just three weeks left for Lotto players in Galway and Roscommon to claim their €22,778 prizes before they’re gone forever.
Both players received an amazing holiday gift when they matched 5 numbers in the Christmas Day draw, but have yet to claim their prizes.
The winning tickets, which are now worth €22,778 each, were both purchased on Friday, December 24.
The Galway ticket holder purchased their ticket at Mannion’s Supermarkets & Emo Service Station on the Miltown Road in Tuam.
The Roscommon player won their share of the Match 5 prize fund after purchasing their ticket at Mulvihill’s Newsagents on the Main Street in Castlerea.
Ticketholders have 90 days from the draw date to claim their prizes, which means that for these two, March 25 is the deadline for them to come forward, or forfeit their prize.
“As the 25th March claim deadline gets closer, we are eager to hear from two Lotto players who are yet to come forward to claim their Match 5 prizes from the Christmas Day draw.”
“Both prizes are worth €22,778 each and the winners have exactly three weeks left to claim,” a National Lottery spokesperson said.
“We are appealing to players in Galway and Roscommon who purchased their tickets on 24th December to check their tickets very carefully.”
The winning Lotto numbers for the Saturday, December 25 draw were: 11, 17, 19, 23, 26, 43 and the bonus number was 31.
“If you are either of these lucky winners, you should sign the back of your ticket and make contact with our prize claims team as soon as possible on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for you to claim your prize.”
