Huge numbers are expected in Salthill tomorrow morning for the Darkness into Light Walk/Run in aid of Pieta House.

Darkness into Light started with 400 people in yellow DIL T-shirts walking the 5km course in Dublin’s Phoenix Park in 2009.
Last year 180,000 people shared the light, helping to promote suicide prevention.
This year, there will be 180 venues across Ireland and worldwide. Over 1 million has been raised for Pieta House this year.
