High tides are expected again today, as City Council crews remain on standby.
The council believes the weather conditions in relation to wind, waves and pressure are favourable to minimise the risk of flooding.
However City Council crews will be on standby to monitor the water levels and, if necessary, to close the Dock Road at Lough Atalia, Eyre Square, Victoria Place and Merchants Road.
