A public webinar on how to learn how to live well with cardiovascular disease will take place online next Thursday at 7pm.
Expert guest speakers on the night will include Consultant Cardiologist Prof. Jim Crowley, Endocrinologist Dr. Cathy McHugh, and Croí’s Cardiac and Weight Management Dietitian Aisling Harris.
The expert speakers will offer practical advice on reducing people’s risk of a repeat event, and how to manage risk factors like blood pressure, cholesterol and stress.
They will also discuss relationship advice and guidance on eating for a healthy heart.
Dr. Lisa Hynes, Croí’s Head of Health Programmes said that finding out you have heart disease is a life-changing event, but Croí is here to support you in your recovery.
