Galway county council has ordered a road in the village of Glenamaddy closed for two weeks next month to allow for roadworks.

Roadworks will take place on the R362 Creggs Road, in Glenamaddy from Monday, September 16 to Sunday, September 29.

An existing foul sewer section to the junction with the R364 Kilkerrin road is being decommissioned and replaced.
