Gardaí are at the scene of a three vehicle crash on the motorway just outside of Galway City.
The multi-vehicle crash occurred on the M6 as it approaches Galway City shortly after 7am this morning.
No-one was reported injured as a result of the serious sounding collision.
Gardaí remain at the scene of the incident, and the road is partially blocked.
Gardaí said in a statement to Galway Daily “Gardaí are attending a road traffic collision involving three vehicles occurred at approximately 7:20am this morning.”
No injuries have been reported at this time. The road is partially blocked at this time.”
