Galwegian kids, now is your chance to take part in the Junior Eurovision.
TG4 are currently looking for applications for the Junior Eurovision Singing Competition 2018.
This competition provides a great opportunity for the young children to represent Ireland at the Junior Eurovision, while singing in front of millions of viewers.
If you are between 9-14 on the 25/11/18 then there’s a chance it could be you singing in Minsk, Belarus in November 2018.
In 2015, Aimee Banks was TG4’s first winner and she sent shivers down the spines of everyone in Bulgaria with her operatic Irish language song, Réalta Mara.
In 2016 Zena Donnelly represented Ireland as she almost blew the roof from the Stadium in Malta with her song Bric ar Bhríce.
Last year, 2017, Muireann McDonnell’s magical rendition of Súile Glasa put everyone in Georgia under a spell with her voice.
In 2018 the competition is wide open! The chance is yours to take, to put your voice and your music across to millions of people all over Europe as Ireland’s representative.
To take this opportunity all you have to do is put in your application before the closing date 23/7/2018.
Permission has to be sought from parents to take part in the competition and either your mam or dad has to fill out the application form.
