Free electronic waste collection and recycling events are taking place at four towns in Galway County this week.
Galway University Hospitals have recruited two specialists to act as liaisons between patients, their families, carers and the hospital.
Two collections are taking place today, Tuesday October 17. One is at Williamstown GAA Pitch, and will run until 1pm today.
The second collection will be at Tuam Mart later this afternoon, running from 4pm – 7pm.
Later this week, waste collections will run at Abbeyknockmoy and Monivea on Thursday, October 19.
The first will take place at O’Donoghue’s car park in Abbeyknockmoy from 10am – 1pm, with the second at Monivea Abbey GAA Club from 4pm – 7pm.
