Gardaí will be holding a public meeting on crime prevention advice for the public in Claregalway next week.
The public meeting will take place at the Claregalway Hotel on Monday, April 4 from 8pm.
A Garda Crime Prevention Officer will discuss home security, fraud, and cybercrime threats facing the public.
Afterwards, there will be a Q&A session for members of the public to raise any other matters of concern.
The local representative for Muintir Na Tire will also be in attendance and will present on community alert and other topics of community care and safety.
The meeting is free to attend and open to all members of the public.
