The number of people hospitalised with COVID-19 has decreased slightly in the latest data from the HSE.
There are 12 people with the disease at University Hospital Galway and eight at Portiuncula Hospital Galway in Ballinasloe as of Monday evening.
Two COVID-19 patients at each hospital are in intensive care, while nationally there are 108 people with the virus in ICU.
Over a third of patients receiving critical care in Irish hospitals have been diagnosed with COVID-19.
When the HSE data was taken on Monday evening, 481 people with the virus were hospitalised across the country – down from 518 12 hours earlier.
