The Department of Health has reported 512 new cases of COVID-19 this afternoon.
There are now 46 people with the disease in Irish hospitals, of whom 14 are in ICU.
Health officials have said that the daily case numbers may change due to future data review, validation and update.
No figures were given for Galway today.
