There have been a further 448 cases of COVID-19 reported by the Department of Health today.
As before, there is now county breakdown of the daily figures available.
There were 99 people hospitalised with COVID-19 as of this morning, with 41 of those patients in the ICU.
These daily figures may change in the future after data review, validation, and updating.
Yesterday Ireland was expected to pass the milestone of 2.5 million doses of vaccine administered ahead of expectations.
The government also plans to continue to ramp up the vaccination, and is still aiming for a target of 80% of the population to be vaccinated by early July.
