A further 3,428 confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported by health officials this afternoon.
As of 8am today, 478 people with COVID-19 patients are hospitalised nationally, of whom 75 are in intensive care units.
The Department of Health has said that the daily case numbers may change due to future data validation.
A total of 3,685 new cases were reported in the State yesterday, Saturday.
