There are a total of 25 COVID-19 patients hospitalised in Galway in the latest figures from the HSE.
As of Sunday night there were 21 confirmed cases at University Hospital Galway, and four at Portiuncula Hospital in Ballinasloe.
These figures have remained broadly steady in recent days after increasing substantially last week.
But despite this the number of COVID patients at University Hospital Galway has fallen slightly to three, and there are no cases in the ICU at Portiuncula.
Nationwide there were 393 number of people in Ireland hospitalised with the virus as of last night.
Of these, 74 have been admitted to intensive care units around the country.
A further 1,384 confirmed cases of COVID-19 reported in Ireland on Sunday.
