Galway’s beloved Handsome Burger has found a permanent home for their iconic food truck in Knocknacarra.
The gourmet burger makers have found a permanent home for the food truck in its “old stomping ground” outside of Pureskill in Knocknacarra.
“It’s been a wild few years since our first market stall and it’s great to be back serving the great people of Knocknacarra again,” an update on facebook said.
“We will be open for hand rolled Burgers & Handcut Fries every day and you will be able to order through our website for collection in our knocknacarra site.”
Handsome Burger, founded friends Rory McCormack and Cathal O’Connor, actually started out as a pop-up stall venture in 2017, building a massive following among Galwegians.
Their business has grown by leaps and bounds since then, moving to a permanent premises on Dominick Street where even more people have gotten to enjoy their delicious burgers.
Galwegians let it be known how much they were loved in 2019, when Handsome Burger were chosen by popular vote to have the best burgers in Ireland.
