A free webinar for food sector SMEs and start-ups will take place next Tuesday, 5 April at 1pm as part of a European project funded by the Atlantic Area Programme; AHFES.
Hosted by the Whitaker Institute at NUI Galway, the one-hour webinar will feature insights on the influence of sustainability, culture and consumer preferences.
Speakers include will include Dr Gary Goggins and Maeve Henchion, and there will be a panel questions and answers session during the event.
Dr Jane Walsh, lecturer in the School of Psychology at NUI Galway, said: “We are delighted to deliver this webinar on behalf of AHFES, the future of food is changing, people’s preferences are changing, the environment and sustainability is now a key driver of demand.
“Being able to track current and future trends in food in a rapidly changing world will help SME’s and startup’s to stay on trend in healthy foods.”
