Supermac’s has the best customer experience of any restaurant chain in Ireland according to the latest report by the CX Company.
The Galway based chain topped the Restaurants Sector table in the CXi Ireland Customer Experience Report 2023.
Supermac’s ranked 32nd overall in the report out of 150 companies in Ireland, rising four places compared with the previous year’s report.
It’s been a bad year for RTÉ, as the multitude of scandals have clearly impacted customers feelings on the broadcaster.
RTÉ ranked squarely at the bottom of the table this year, falling 15 places in the rankings.
This year saw 85% of surveyed companies increase their CX scores, though they still remain lower than in 2015, when the survey began.
The top 10 companies with the best customer experiences in Ireland are, in order of ranking: Irish Credit Union, Allcare Pharmacies, PowerCity, Smyth’s Toystore, Specsavers, Life Pharmacy, Laya Healthcare, Hickey’s Pharmacy, M&S Food, and Dunnes Stores.
