The Galway Chamber has announced that the 2021 Business Awards will take place in-person in the Salthill Hotel on Thursday 31 March.
The annual awards were scheduled for December of last year, but the Chamber postponed the event due to the reintroduction of Covid restrictions.
Following the lifting of those measures at the weekend, Chamber CEO Kenny Deery said that the easing of restrictions is a hugely positive step forward and provides much-needed hope for the hospitality industry.
“The theme for this year’s Awards is ‘Building for a New Future – Ag Tógáil do Thodhchaà Nua’ which celebrates the outstanding and innovating work done by Galway businesses throughout 2021.”
A total of ten awards will be presented on the night, including the new categories of Best Employer sponsored by Noel Group as well as the Accessibility, Diversity & Inclusion Award sponsored by Galway City Council. Â
