Water outages are expected in multiple areas in North Galway until Tuesday night at least due to a burst mains.
The areas affected are Headford, Shrule, Caherlistrane, Kilconly, Annaghdown, Corrandulla, Belclare, Ballyfruit GWS, Cloghanover GWS and surrounding areas.
Repair works are currently scheduled to continue until 10pm on Tuesday night.
A traffic management plan is in place in Headford for the duration of the works.
It can take up to 2-3 hours after repairs are completed before people see their full water supply restored.
