Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of an incident near Dominick Street this morning in which a man was hospitalised.
One man has been taken to University Hospital Galway following the incident.
It is not yet clear what the nature of the incident was.
In a statement to Galway Daily, An Garda Síochána said:
“Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of an incident this morning near Dominick Street in Galway.”
“A male has since been taken to University Hospital Galway.”
“No further information is available at this time.”
