Traffic near Loughrea will be disrupted today by a road closure in place to allow roadworks to be carried out.
Galway County Council is carrying out resurfacing overlay works on the R350 Loughrea – Bullaun road at Loughrea Rugby Club.
The section of road in question will be closed from 7:45am until 6:30pm on Wednesday, June 2 to allow these works to take place.
As a consequence, users of this road are requested to expect delays and as such should allow additional time for their journeys.
The roadworks in question are expected to only take a single day to complete.
