A burst water main in Ros a Mhíl is disrupting the water supply to the village and surrounding areas of Connemara this afternoon.
Irish Water reported the burst main at Ros a Mhíl at approximately 2:20pm on Thursday afternoon.
Repair works are underway, and currently have an estimated completion time of 5pm this evening.
A traffic management plan will be in place for the duration of the works.
People experiencing water outages as a result of this are advised that it may take 2 – 3 hours after repairs are completed for their full water supply to be restored.
