A two day cycle from coast to coast in aid of Purple House Cancer Centre is finishing up in Galway today.
The Purple House Coast 2 Coast Cycle Challenge set off from Bray in Co. Wicklow yesterday to raise funds for the cancer centre, and the intrepid cyclists will reach Salthill later today.
The group completed 125km of their journey on Day 1 before stopping overnight in Tullamore, and are completing the final leg of the trip today.
So far, the online fundraiser ‘Purple House Coast to Coast Bray to Galway Cycle 2019‘ has raised a total of €8,035 out of a target of €20,000 for the Wicklow based cancer centre.
