The M18 motorway has reopened to traffic following a multi-vehicle incident earlier this morning.
Four cars were involved in a collision on the motorway at approximately 10:30am between Junction 17 Kiltiernan and Junction 18 Rathmorissey.
The motorway was closed to traffic northbound and southbound for a short period following the collision.
Gardai and recovery services have since cleared the scene of the incident and traffic is flowing again.
Fortunately no-one was reported injured in this incident.
