Jobs Expo Galway is preparing for its return next year at Galway Racecourse on February 16.
The annual Jobs Expo will feature some of the most highly regarded employers in the west of Ireland.
There will also be a wide lineup of other Irish and multinational companies.
The Jobs Expo is divided up into specialised areas; the Jobs Lab will showcase medtech and STEM jobs, while Digital City is where jobs seekers can find opportunities for computer and IT specialists.
The Mall is where to find employers in sales, retail and related areas, and The Campus is where to find out opportunities to return to education and upskill.
For those that want to leave home behind, the Go Global section of the Expo will help jobseekers find opportunities overseas.
On top of the employer vendors, the Jobs Expo will also feature free career advice as well as a series of industry seminars.
The Career Clinic gives attendees the chance to meet a team of professional career coaches and get their input free of charge.
They can help you brush up on your interview skills, help with CV presentation, or give professional advice for anyone looking to change career direction.
On the Agenda Stage industry insiders will give topical talks on the direction the jobs market is going and how to maximise your chances of success.
Google Digital Garage are returning with three seminars where a Google digital expert will discuss what’s needed to gain an edge in the ever changing digital landscape.
One big local exhibitor that’s been confirmed is NUI Galway who’ll be on hand to show off their courses for anyone looking to upskill or further specialise in a subject.
