TUAM CAMOGIE
This was a busy week for Tuam Camogie club with a bucket collection and the U12s and U9s both playing matches.
The club held their summer fundraiser with a bucket collection around the town on Saturday. A massive thanks to all who generously put their hands in their pockets and donated to the club.
Thanks to the volunteers, our marvelous girls, their parents, siblings, friends and family who gave up their time to turn the town pink and blue for a few hours and collect for the club. Thank you all.

U12s were playing in Tooreen against Na Brideoga in the North Board League. A nail-biting match which finished 3-4 to 3-1, decided by a last-minute goal in Na Brideoga’s favour.
U9s played St Colman’s in Gort, the first run out for these girls in this age group. Great heart effort and determination from the whole team with again, just a single last-minute goal from St Colman’s separating the teams at the final whistle.
U11s competition will be starting in the next couple of weeks and the U13s campaign is in full swing with their next game on Wednesday 15th against Moycullen.
