A teenage girl reported missing from the Galway City area earlier this week has since been located safe and well.
Gardaí made a public appeal this week after 16 year old Jodie Sweeney was reported missing from her home in Galway City.
She had been missing since the evening of Sunday, February 2 after last being seen in the Ballybane area.
Gardaí have confirmed that she has now been located safe and well.
An Garda Síochána thanked the public for their assistance in this matter.
